a big handful of spinach
one big banana or two small ones
half of an avocado
Chop up the banana and avocado, put as much of spinach as you want in your blender and pour in some water. The quantity really depends on how you like your smoothie, thicker or thinner. Blend them all together, and if you want put some seed on top of it! I chose pine seeds and some sunflower seeds! Yummy!
