{ Orsay trench coat & body, H&M skirt & necklace, Stradivarius clutch , Deichmann boots, Zara bracelets, Takko belt, Scarf from London }

     Just to avoid criticism, the title of this post doesn't really mean anything, it's just the chorus of the song I listen to nowadays. So I don't see myself in a perfect world!
     Speaking of this outfit, I think that two of this springs trend is black&white stripes and 'parka-like' trench coats (actually my skirt is cream with black stripes).We know that every designers collection is full of b&w statement pieces, but I believe we have to incorporate it somehow in our style. For me it's easy because I usually wear nude, b&w pieces but for others who have a colorful style, like to play with bold colors would be too risky to dramatically change their looks. But on the other hand, they might not like this trend!
     So as you might have figured it out, I totally love this new trend, even bought myself some striped pants to get ready for this spring!

How about you? Do you love or love this new trend?
xoxo,
Kinga

{ Stradivarius top and sunnies, Zara coat, Orsay jeans and bag, Raus necklace, Unknown brand shoes }

     These photos were taken a few days ago in the bright sunshine, that is why the photos are a bit messed up. I tried to fix them via Picasa, but I just couldn't make the colors better. But oh boy, how we miss the sunshine! It started snowing in the middle, or should I say quite at the end of March?! How messed up is that? So now we are back to wearing thick coats and big biker boots, nothing interesting.
     BTW check this song out! We just love it! :)

Have an amazing day!

Hello everyone! So today's post is totally different then the ones we usually do. It is the first time we interviewed someone , it was an amazing experience and hope to do more of these post in the future! Unfortunately we couldn't meet up with her because of the distance, but thanks to Facebook for making it possible! We have been following her and her blog for quite some time now, and fallen in love with her unique taste! A confident, young women and mother who has captivated us with her amazing style and charming personality!
Without further ado,here is the interview. Enjoy! : )
You find her here .

1. When did your interest in fashion begin and what made you want to start a style blog?
I’ve been interested in fashion ever since I was a little girl, I was walking around the house in my mother’s high heels and clothes, all the time. I remember I’d gather my whole family together and threw a ’fashion show’. OMG, I even have pictures of that. :D
When I moved back to Hungary, - I used to live in Belgium for 5 years - I didn’t know exactly what to do... I have a gorgeous two year old daughter and a husband who is a professional soccer player and who is always on the go, so our life is quite chaotic and unpredictable, you never know what the next move will be, which makes it impossible for me to take a ’normal’ job. Therefore, I thought about starting a personal style blog, I needed a place, where I could express myself and my love for FASHION!

2. Describe your style. Has it evolved since you began your blog?
Yes, absolutely! My style has gone through a lot of changes the past few months! I’ve learned what looks good on my body and what doesn’t. :D I’ve noticed that I became much more feminine and chic, than I was at the beginning. I’m still a huge fan of mixing classic pieces with casual though.

3. What things or places inspire you?
Basically everything that surrounds me… people on the street, magazine covers, fashion publications, blogs and other fashion sites, such as Lookbook and Chictopia.

4. Do you have any style icons?
Aimée Song and Victoria Beckham! They’re totally different, but as I told you, I love mixing casual with classic! ;)

5. What spring/summer pieces or trends are you most excited to wear?

I’m obsessed with black and white looks and stripes in general! My closet is basically full of b&w pieces, so I think I’m going to be sporting a lot of monochrome outfits, along with some electric blue accessories. I’m currently on a search for some floral skirts, pencil dresses and a cute bomber jacket.

6. What five essentials should every girl have in her wardrobe?
1.white blouse - 2. leather jacket - 3. perfect jeans  - 4. fitted blazer  - 5.LBD

7. Do you have a signature scent or shade of lipstick?
I have been using ’Mukhallat’ by Montale Paris for years now and I still can’t get enough of it. It’s such an addictive scent, so utterly characteristic and unique, a mix of white musk, almond, vanilia and strawberry. It’s just so yummy!
I’m a big fan of bold lipsticks! (red, burgundy, fuschia, coral) I love them all but if I have to pick my favourites I would say 1. YSL Rouge Volupté #17 and 2. L'OREAL Color Riche #373.

8. What websites and blogs do you read daily?
I read Style.com, Who What Wear, Song of Style, Atlantic-Pacific, Portable Package, Tina Sizinova and Hallie Daily on an everyday basis.

9. What are your favorite designers and where do you usually shop?
Here, where I live, we don’t have many shopping option, so I buy most of my clothes at H&M, MANGO, ZARA, or I shop online at Asos, Sheinside, Topshop, Luisaviaroma, Farfetch and on eBay occasionally.

My favourite designers are… well, I have a weakness for Chanel, Saint Laurent, Balmain, Givenchy and Balenciaga. <3

Thanks for stopping by!
Have an amazing day!
XOXO

{Orsay pants and coat, Stradivarius blazer, Ottorose shirt, Deichman heels, Raus necklace}

{ Orsay blazer and Zara top }

     We did it! This is the first year that we helped organize this Conference, mainly because I am in my first year of University. I joined the Hungarian Student Association because I wanted to be part of this incredible event, and I am really happy that my sis decided to join as well. Whenever I make a 'big' decision (like buying a dress, speaking in front of a lot of important people), she has to be around so I am really glad that she was there and supported me.
     I was a so-called 'ülésvezetÅ‘' (the one who directs a session), I had to read out loud the rules and had to announce the next student who had to present their dissertation, which  was based on a scientific (medical) issue. This event ran for three days, and it was split into the main areas of medicine such as Neurology, Cardiology, Morphopathology, Dentistry, Pharmacology, Orthopaedia and so on.
     During this whole event, there were some workshops as well. I was lucky enough to take part in one of them, a 'Live Surgery' at the nearest Ortophedic Clinic, where they showed us the bases of this branch in  medicine and an arthroscopic surgery. Here are some photos from the workshop, and the event.

 { we look so important in white coat :) }

     But lets cut to the chase! We liked this event because it gave us the feeling of belonging in a medical circle, it gave us experience, it showed us how to build up a medical dissertation, how to present ourselves and our medical research and it was nice seeing our colleges dressed up. We think, as med students, that dressing up is important in general, because we represent ourselves and our knowledge through our appearance, it's the first thing people see outside of a clinic.
     As I mentioned, the Conference was a three day event, which meant three different 'office-like' outfits. Due to the little amount of free-time we had, we couldn't take outfit photos just on the last day. On the first two days we mainly wore black skirts, white shirts, tuxedo blazers, high heels, just like in the set I created for you guys. Hope you like it!

What is your to-go outfit for these types of events?

Saci

{dress zara, sweater h&m, jacket orsay, heels deichmann, bag stradivarius, necklace h&m}

I planed this shooting a bit differently not with snow, but that was what i got! To be honest I didn't check the weather forecast , I thought it would be warmer then it was. As it was so cold we didn't stay long outside, just took these shoots and went for a hot chocolate. My dear friend Fruzsi took them, thank you my dear!
I have been so lazy in the past few weeks! All I want to do is to sleep all day long, I don't really now why. In Hungarian there is that thing called 'tavaszi fáradság', which in translation is spring tiredness, maybe that's what I have. Hope that it will pass in the near future!
The basic piece of clothing in this outfit was my gold Zara dress, which I have been wanting to combine with a sweater or something for a while now. The missing piece in this outfit is a fur collar, but I didn't want to wear one in March, I wanted a transitional outfit.
I would like to thank everyone who is following our blog, it means a lot to us! If you would like to see other posts than OOTD, please let us know!

Have an amazing weekend!
XOXO,
Kinga.
